What Students Receive
The goal? Less stress, stronger habits, and more confident, independent students.
How does it work?
-
Choose between Standard Enrollment for consistent weekly support or Flex Enrollment for families who want the freedom to add additional Hub days when needed.
-
Select at least two reserved Homework Hub days each week. These become your student’s consistent days, so their space is reserved and support becomes part of their weekly routine.
-
Students can stay for the duration of Hub hours, complete homework, organize assignments, study, receive academic and executive functioning support, take brain breaks, and get the individualized help they need.

New! Introducing Foundation Week
We start the school year by building a strong foundation.
Beginning August 31, students will use their first Hub visits to get organized, set up their personalized MDV binder, review school portals and schedules, set goals, and create routines for the year ahead.
Organize. Plan. Set goals. Start strong.
FAQs
Are snacks provided?
1
Yes! Each student receives one snack and water during every visit. If your child has any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know before their first day.
Is there a time limit?
2
No! Students are welcome to stay for the duration of Homework Hub hours on their scheduled attendance day. We want students to have enough time to complete their work, ask questions, and receive support without feeling rushed.
Is this tutoring?
3
Not exactly! The Homework Hub is a comprehensive academic and executive functioning support program. Students receive homework help, organization and study support, mentoring, executive functioning support, and individualized guidance based on their needs.
If your student needs more intensive, subject-specific support, individual tutoring can also be coordinated for an additional fee.
What ages do you serve?
4
You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.
What if my child doesn’t have homework?
5
That’s okay! The Homework Hub is about much more than homework. Students can use their time to read, organize their materials, plan upcoming assignments, study for tests, catch up on missing work, practice executive functioning skills, or complete enrichment activities. There is always something productive to work on!
Can my child come an extra day if they need more support?
6
Absolutely! Standard Enrollment families may add additional sessions for $125 per visit, based on availability. Flex families can add additional Homework Hub days at no additional session cost with advance notice.
What does a quarterly enrollment commitment mean?
7
Homework Hub enrollment follows the APS academic quarters. Families commit to their selected enrollment option for the duration of each quarter. Before a new quarter begins, families may change their enrollment option, adjust reserved days, or discontinue enrollment. Enrollment will otherwise continue automatically into the next quarter.
What should my child bring?
8
Students should bring their backpack, school-issued device and charger (if applicable), completed school materials, and anything they may need for homework or studying.
